Care & Use – All Le Creuset Stoneware is safe for use in the microwave, freezer, fridge, dishwasher, oven and grill. The maximum oven-safe temperature is 260°C and a distance of 6.5cm should be maintained between the top of the item and the heating element. Made from specialist clays and fired at the highest temperatures, all Le Creuset stoneware is strong and durable.

The dense stoneware provides exceptional thermal resistance and maintains even temperature when cooking. Thanks to Le Creuset’s enamelling expertise their stoneware is also easy to clean and scratch resistant.
