Since each piece is handcrafted by our skilled smiths, custom orders typically take 4 to 6 weeks for production. Standard stock items usually ship within 3 to 5 business days.
How do you handle shipping for heavy or oversized items?
Heavy items are crated securely and shipped via specialized freight carriers. You will receive a tracking number and a scheduled delivery window to ensure you are available to receive the shipment.
Are your iron products treated for outdoor use?
Yes, our outdoor products are finished with high-quality weather-resistant coatings, such as powder coating or traditional galvanization, to prevent rust and corrosion.
Can I request a custom design or modification?
